Ideally, one does not have to explain things like a band name.
Unfortunately this seems to be somewhat of an FAQ.
Giving such explanations is not an exact science, but we'll give it a try.
Try paraphrasing it as "disenfranchised, yet somehow empowered."
Or imagine the down-trodden rising up with an attitude.
Or maybe it's just fun the way it rolls off your tongue.
You'll have to work it out for yourself.
Try not to be anti-semitic about it tho, or you're really missing the point.
